Alpharetta, GA, for the latter to provide software and support services for a Construction Management Program, and Project Management, more specifically described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the Division of Facilities Planning and Management, in the not-to-exceed amount of $509,018.12, for the term of February 1, 2025, through January 31, 2028.
