L.-6 24-3141 Approval by the Board of Education of a General Services Agreement by and between the District and ACC Environmental Consultants, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide environmental services, which consist of asbestos survey, lead paint screening, preparing a work plan and collection samples for lab analysis, as further described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, for the Hintil Kuu Pre-School Fire and Intrusion Alarm Project, in the lump sum amount of $11,136.00, with the work scheduled to commence on January 23, 2025, and expected to last until June 30, 2025.
