L.-75 24-3126 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Jensen Best, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide virtual Effective Mindfulness, Building Responsive and Confident Educators (EMBRACE) training and coaching to teachers and staff to reinforce concepts and strategies to support the transfer of practices, with the aims to positively influence the culture and climate in early childhood settings and ultimately improve child outcomes at Elmhurst United Middle School, for the period of August 12, 2024 through May 30, 2025, in the additional amount of $5,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $35,000.00, to $40,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
