L.-53 24-3068 Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Safe Passages, Oakland, CA, for the latter to conduct site observations of TK/K after school programs and provide coaching and technical assistance to after school lead agencies as well as facilitating visits from lead agencies to the Safe Passages demonstration model sites and related services, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of January 8, 2025 through June 30, 2025 in an amount not to exceed $99,680.00.
