L.-16 24-3112 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and SCA Environmental, Inc., San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide environmental related services to reduce risk at the school sites, which includes but are not limited to collection of environmental samples, such as water lead testing and removal of hazardous waste or debris during site recovery, for the unchanged period of July 01, 2024 through June 30, 2025, in the additional amount of $74,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount of $25,000.00 to $99,000.00, via the Risk Management Department. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
