L.-7 24-3056 Approval by the Board of Education of a No-Cost Pilot Agreement by and between the District ("Customer") and Volt AI, Bethesda, MD, for the latter to use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Customer a limited license to use Volt's platform ("Software") for the purpose of determining the usability, desirability, functionality, and compatibility of Software with Customer's applications and operations environment ("Pilot"); granting Customer a non-exclusive, nontransferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Software during the Evaluation Period (as defined in Agreement) only in connection with Pilot; granting Customer a nonexclusive, nontransferable, non-sub-licensable license to use the Software during the Evaluation Period only in connection with Pilot, enhance security after hours and during weekends, with existing camera feeds, for the period of November 21, 2024 through January 21, 2025, at no cost to the District.
