L.-6 24-3050 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and HubbleIQ, Orinda, CA, for the latter to conduct a pilot deployment of HubbleIQ's AI Self-Service Support Agent for 10,000 students to evaluate the platform's effectiveness in enhancing digital literacy, reducing IT challenges, and improving the overall learning experience for students and families, as described in the Scope of the Pilot Program, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Technology Services Department, for the period of January 1, 2025 through June 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $3,000.00.
