L.-110 24-2856 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Spanish Speaking Unity Council, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide its Latinx Mentoring & Achievement (LMA) Program, critical in addressing the academic, socio-emotional, and behavioral challenges faced by female and non-binary students at Madison Park Academy (MPA), and implement comprehensive holistic wellness programming at Fremont, Skyline, and MPA, with programing integrating academic support with social-emotional learning and enhanced wellness initiatives, providing a well-rounded approach to student development, and as further described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period of August 15, 2024 through June 30, 2025, in the additional amount of $280,064.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $150,000.00 to $430,064.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
