L.-102 24-2893 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Memorandum of Understanding by and between Children's Hospital and Research Center at Oakland dba UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital-Oakland, Oakland, CA, and the District, for the latter to provide instruction to any child who receives treatment at BCH-Oakland and who is or would be eligible to be enrolled in Grades K-12 through the OUSD Home and Health Program; communicate with students' teachers when needed, and monitor student progress, via the High School Network, for the period of February 1, 2022 through to June 30, 2025, with District receiving ADA or any other calculation of revenue for said program.
