L.-32 24-2722 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and School Time Music LLC, Emeryville, CA, for the latter to provide two professional development sessions on September 20, 2024, for OUSD faculty, with a focus on anti-racism, including facilitation guides and visual media, aimed at equipping arts educators with tools to use music, dance, and visual arts to engage K-12 students in anti-racist practices, as further described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Academics and Instruction Department, for the period of September 20, 2024 through June 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $3,000.00.
