L.-13 24-2975 Approve by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement by and between Bay City Surplus and District, Martinez, CA, for the former, on behalf of the District to sell surplus items including vehicles, shop equipment, food service equipment, operations, technology items, as further described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, for the term July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, with vendor compensated at thirty-eight (38) percent on total sales, with vendor paying for all promotion, all eBay fees and credit card or money transfers, not to exceed $30,000.00.
