T.-4 24-1867 Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Amergis Healthcare Staffing, Chicago, IL, for the latter to function in both in-person and remote capacities as necessary to rigorously uphold Cal/OSHA workplace regulations pertaining to COVID-19, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Office of the Chief of Systems and Services, for the period of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $323,040.00.
