I would like to see the Facilities Committee have leases (OUSD as Lessor and OUSD as Lessee) as a standing item on its agenda. Some recent concerns are: news articles indicating that there is a lack of understanding that the current Community Day Site is a longterm leasehold, not an ownership, and a recent lease approved for additional space for Adult Education without a disclosure of what was done to find property already within the district for Adult Ed programming.
