It would be beneficial to OUSD students if some of this money was spent on technology---better or upgraded chromebooks, wi-fi for all or hot spots for students to use, advance technology and training for teachers' instruction for classroom, hybrid, or distance learning. Also, some of this money could be used to help with reparations for black students.
