Parents, please vote for the immediate termination of OUSD employee Mr Donnie Barclift, Field Supervisor, Nutrition Services.
In the late 1980's Mr Barclift severely beat two 11 year old kids with a wooden beam. One of those children later died as an adult in 2009 from a drug overdose. This man is a malicious child abuser not a "food hero" as he advertises himself. He sought employment with OUSD to reward himself for his violence against those kids and potentially other under kids by using his obtained position at OUSD to find new pre-adult victims. Pre-adults are his preferred victim because he thinks they can't fight back. He even featured recently on his youtube channel a man beating another man to the ground with the same style wooden beam (later removed the video after OUSD was notified). Despite being informed about Mr Barclift's real past, OUSD keeps Mr Barclift employed. This man has a zero college unit record. Yet OUSD defended hiring him by saying they vetted him.

I am glad that OUSD will soon repay their loans. However, I am confused about the timing of this investment. The CFO just announced 40-50 million dollars in budget reductions for the next school year. Why are we doing this now when we already have to make hard decisions about reductions?
