Firstly, thank you for asking to share my opinion as is our right under the 1st Amendment of the US Constitution. I am protesting to demand the immediate resignation of Donnie Barclift a Field Supervisor at Nutrition Services. He was arrested after stripping in front of an apartment building one night and in front of police! They were called and told him to stop! He refused consequently arrested one night across a main road and public park in Vista, CA in the late 80's. I know this person from then. He lied to OUSD journalists and said he was from the ARMY in North Carolina. In fact he is not, he's from the Marines in San Diego County. Why did he say that then? Hiding a lengthy arrest record in San Diego County? I urge you keep this con man away from your kids. I have knowledge of him SEVERELY beating with a wooden construction beam his two 12 year old white step kids in the '80's (his wife was a white lady at the time). Parents, protest against and diligently research this employee.
