Please look at procedures for last year's audit put in place by the Measure N Commission in relationship to audits of charter schools receiving parcel tax funding and being held accountable to work with the District selected auditor. Perhaps after examining what the Measure N Commission did in demanding certain procedures be followed by charter schools, you might want to make changes.
