    -DRAFT 7-11 Property Considerations table notes two CDCs are part of larger sites, also a third (Piedmont) CDC is on the same parcel as the Piedmont Ave Elem school. Would OUSD create a separate parcel, or else try selling or leasing the building but not the ground?
    -The “Checklist” notes a 60-day deadline for public entities to make an offer. Many properties on the list need extensive rehabilitation. Inspection reports should be prepared, also building plans and or site access to the site.
