P.-5 19-0386 Approval by the Board of Education of an Independent Consultant Agreement for Professional Services Greater Than $92,600 between the District and Metro Contract Group, Inc., San Jose, CA, for the latter to provide delivery and install new furniture for the Africana Center and Café for the site, in conjunction with the McClymonds High School Intensive Support Site Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set fourth, commencing April 11, 2019 and concluding no later than December 31, 2019, in an amount not to exceed $150,000.00.
