T.-3 19-0352 Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between District and Isom Advisors, a Division of Urban Futures, Walnut Creek, CA, for the latter to provide financial services as stated in the Scope of Work, including Exhibits "A and "B", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the term March 13, 2019 through March 13, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $69, 000.00, with two one year-options to renew by mutual agreement of the Parties.
