I request the Broad take power over its agenda and eliminate the pledge with the discriminatory under God embedded within it. I want to return to my elementary days when the pledge did not exclude non-religious students. I believe in an inclusive America and the Board should act to join me by dropping an activity at Board meetings that is not inclusive. And, please don't substitute National Anthem that was written by white racist and promotes his racist values.
