17-0606 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Elizabeth Delaney, Castro Valley, CA, for the latter to provide up to an additional 133.26 hours of service to design and implement supplemental instructional programs for identified Title I students; provide extended support services to Title I students before and after school in computer-assisted instruction to identified students within the Title I Program and confer with parents of identified students, as needed, throughout the Program duration, at St. Lawrence O'Tool School, via the Office of Accountability Partners, for the period March 1, 2017 through June 30, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $4,664.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $5,401.00 to $10,065.00. All terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
