Which schools have achieved the greatest outcomes for the English Language development for English Language Learners? 2. Which factors or actions have resulted in those outcomes? 3. How do they connect to the actions and investments that schools are reporting for English Language Learners in their site plans? 4. What are the most commonly reported actions and investments for English Language development? Why have they been widely adopted? • Recommendation #4: Standards for Administering and Using the CA English Language Development Test (CELDT) Discussion Question: 1. What are current plans to implement the recommendations related to the CELDT that were presented by the LCAP Parent and Student Advisory Committee in June 2016?
