15-0262 Approval by Board of Education of Amendment No. 5 - Grant Award - of the Memorandum of Agreement between District and Corporation for National and Community Service, AmeriCorps VISTA, Washington, D.C., accepting from the latter the provisioning of twelve volunteers to District to support capacity building in alignment with the District Strategic Plan; and increasing the total cost share amount paid to District by $12,000.00, for a total amount not to exceed $127,968.00, and extending the Agreement period of February 23, 2014 through March 7, 2015 to June 27, 2015, pursuant to terms and conditions herein. All other terms and conditions of Agreement remain in full force and effect.
